Privacy and ad measurement
This page explains what data the cukor.aenergy.ua website processes and how Google ad measurement works. It describes how the site actually operates; it is not a legal document.
Supply enquiry (form)
The data you enter in the enquiry form (name or company, phone, quantity, destination country and town, date, comment) is received by the Netlify Forms service of our hosting provider and sent to us by e-mail. We use it only to prepare a commercial offer and contact you. Processing of your enquiry does not depend on your ad-measurement choice and does not require cookies.
Google Ads measurement
We advertise with Google Ads and want to know whether the advertising leads to supply enquiries. For this, the site may run the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) with the ID AW-18556434341.
What happens after you allow it: the Google tag is loaded; Google may set its own cookies to attribute visits from ads (for example _gcl_*); after the enquiry form is successfully sent, Google receives an “enquiry sent” signal with a nominal value of 1 UAH (this is not a price, an order amount or a payment) and a random technical attempt identifier. The data you entered in the form is not shared with Google. Ad personalisation and visit analytics (Google Analytics) are not used on this site.
Before you allow it, or if you decline: the Google tag is not loaded, no requests are sent to Google, no advertising cookies are created and no enquiry signal is sent — nor is it sent later retroactively.
Page views, phone calls and WhatsApp messages are not counted by this measurement. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser or a blocker is active, measurement does not run, while the form and contacts work as usual.
Your choice and how to change it
Your choice in the “Privacy settings” panel (“Allow” or “Decline”) is stored in your browser (localStorage) for 180 days; this is our technical period, after which we ask again. You can change it at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer of every page. After you withdraw consent, no further advertising signals are sent and we attempt to delete Google’s first-party advertising cookies on this site; data Google has already received is not deleted by this — its processing is determined by Google.

Change your privacy settings
Press the button to open the “Privacy settings” panel again. The panel does not block the page: you can use the site and submit an enquiry without making a choice.
Changing the choice requires JavaScript. Without JavaScript the Google tag is never loaded.
